The Invoices page displays a list of invoices that have been generated for a given month and year. By default, the list will include all invoices for the current month and year which are pending payment.
- The fields along the top of the columns can be used to filter the list. The Year, Month and Payment Status fields can be filtered using the drop-down menus. The Payment Status menu options are Paid and Pending Payment – Pending Payment will be selected by default. To view all invoices, select the ‘Select Status’ menu option – this will show both Paid and Pending Payment invoices. The other fields can be filtered by typing full or partial details into the blank fields at the top of the columns. The final column will show a tick symbol if the invoice has been sent to at least one of the child’s bill payers.
- The user can select multiple invoices by ticking the boxes to the left-hand side of the list or select all invoices by ticking the box at the top of the list. Once multiple invoices have been selected, the user can select a bulk action to perform using this drop-down menu. These bulk actions are deleting invoices, locking invoices and unlocking invoices. Once the user has selected which bulk action they wish to perform, they can click ‘Confirm’ to execute the bulk action.
