If a parent has not received their login details for their child’s Parent Portal there are a few checks that can be done to get them up and running.

  • Check the 'Share Data with Parent' checkbox is ticked.
  • Get the parent to check the Junk folder in their email account to ensure that the original details have not been received here.
  • If the parent has activated their account but cannot remember their login information, they can reset their password from the Parent Portal login screen at any time. To do this they will need to click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter their username which will be their email address. This will generate a password reset link which will then be sent to them via email.
  • Alternatively, you can resend an activation link or reset the parent’s password at any time from the Manager Dashboard. See the ‘Resetting Parent Login Details’ document.
