Accident/Incident Sheets can be accessed from the Learning Journey page under the ‘Accident Sheets’ tab. To open an accident sheet the parent will need to click on the child’s name, once open they will be able submit the record back to you at the nursery. On the parent app, the Accident/Incident Sheets can be accessed from the menu, if you do not see this option please check for an update in the App Store/Play Store on your device.
