Tags can be added to a child to make certain details easily identifiable. For example, a tag could be added to a child to indicate that they have an allergy, or that they are entitled to 15 hours of funding a week. Tags can be added to a child by clicking on the tag button in the top right-hand corner of the child’s main profile page.
Clicking on this button will open a pop-up window displaying all the tags set up on the system. To add a tag to a child, click the ‘+’ icon on the right-hand side of the list. To remove a tag from a child, click on the bin button on the right-hand side of the list. The tags displayed in this list are those set up in the System Settings. For further information on creating tags, please refer to the System Settings -> Tags Settings documentation on the Support Portal.
Once a tag has been added it will be displayed in the top right-hand corner of the child’s main profile page and in the bottom left-hand corner of the child’s profile summary box on the main Children page.
The user can then filter the main Children page to only show children with a certain tag by typing the tag name into the search box.
