A number of levels of access are available on the eyMan system, as defined below:


Company Admin

This is the highest level of access on the system, with access to global settings, system settings, all staff and children's details for ALL branches.


HR Admin

Specifically focussed for human resources functionality, with access to global settings, system settings and all staff details for ALL branches.


HR Standard 

Specifically focussed for human resources functionality, with access to system settings and all staff details for ALL branches, at a restricted level to the HR Admin role.


Accounts Admin

A high level of access for account administration, but with limited access to global settings, system settings and some staff functionality. This user level has access to ALL branches.


Area Manager

A high level of access on the system, similar to Company Admin, but with no access to global settings or the facility to move staff between branches. This user level can be given access to multiple branches, which can be selected from their profile.


Area Standard

This is a medium/high-level access on the system similar to the Nursery Standard but with access to multiple selected branches. This user has no access to the Global settings and some access to the System Settings including Rooms/Groups, Terms and Funding, Email Templates and Letters and Users. This user has access to staff and children however the editing funcitonality is slightly limited for staff meaning that they will not be able to edit staff holiday entitlement or unlock confirmed sessions. 



Nursery Manager

A high level of access on the system, similar to Company Admin, but with no access to global settings, high level HR settings, nor the facility to move staff between branches. This user level has access rights to one branch only, which can be selected from their profile.


Nursery Standard

A medium level of access on the system, similar to nursery manager, but with no access to global settings and most system settings other than Terms/Funding. This user level has restricted access to invoices and cannot collect Go Cardless payments, nor delete payments from invoices. There is also restricted access to staff, particularly contract and holiday entitlement functionality. This user level has access rights to one branch only, which can be selected from their profile.


Child Admin

A medium level of access on the system, similar to nursery standard, but with no access to global settings, most system settings other than Rooms/Groups and any staff details or reports. This user level cannot lock or unlock invoices and payments, but can collect Go Cardless payments and delete payments from invoices. This user level has access rights to one branch only, which can be selected from their profile.


Child Standard

A low level of access on the system, similar to children's admin, but with no access to global settings, system settings, staff details and children's invoicing.This user level can view and edit children's details such as profiles, schedules, occupancy and enquiries, with no access to any financial reports. Children's Standard has access to one branch only, which can be selected from their profile.


Marketing

A low level of access on the system, for staff members who solely work on the enquiry process of the nursery. This user will have access to some of the global settings (Enquiries&Registation and Email Letters & Templates) as well as some of the system settings (Enquiries & Registration and User.) You will have access to the children and parental general details with no access to scheduling or invoicing. This user has an enquiries mailbox, with access to message parents regarding enquiries however they do not have access to other messages. In regards to reporting, this user has acccess to one report - Enquiries and Child Movements Summary report.


Staff

A low level of access on the system, for individual staff members only, to view but not edit their profile and contract/entitlement details. Staff users can view the system calendar and edit their own schedule, provided the sessions have not been confirmed. The user can also request holiday by marking this on their schedule  (this would need to be accepted by a nursery standard or higher-level user). This user level cannot view any staff or children's details and has no access to the dashboard or reports.
