If a staff member forgets their PIN to log into the tablet application it will need to be reset. This can be done easily at any time from the Manager Dashboard. To reset a practitioners PIN follow the steps below:
1. Once you are logged in, click on the ‘Practitioners’ tab at the top of the screen.
2. From this screen, click on the staff member whose PIN you need to reset.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tick the checkbox next to ‘Reset PIN’.
4. Then click ‘Submit’ to confirm and the system will generate a new PIN. The new PIN for the practitioner can be seen on the practitioner profile page by clicking the SHOW/HIDE PIN button.
Once you have reset the staff members PIN, remember to refresh the Staff List screen by dragging down on the screen until a green loading circle appears. This will need to be done on all your tablets and will update the application with any new PIN details.
Note: The new PIN code for the practitioner will be sent to the manager email entered when their profile was originally set-up (which is shown in the ‘Email’ field).
