- Weekly Occupancy - Group by Room;
You are now able to see your occupancy in a different format. Click on the room to be able to see a breakdown per child and hover over the ticks to see the session name(s), time, occupancy % and occupancy FTE.
Enhancements
- Custom Reports;
- When selecting children/staff first, last or full name these are now clickable to open their profile in a new tab, on the relevant page based on the subcategory chosen.
- All date fields have had a 'BETWEEN' option added to the filters so you can filter between 2 dates.
- Also added the ability on all date fields to filter based on the 'PREVIOUS', 'NEXT' or 'CURRENT', 'Days', 'Weeks', 'Months' or 'Years'.
- Multiselect option for all fields that include the 'IN' filter.
- Ability to 'Include/Exclude tags' for all categories and subcategories.
- Where Branch URN has been added to system settings this will now be included in the custom report once created.
- Included the branch name in the custom report even if only 1 branch has been selected.
- Created a new section within 'Child Details' called 'Child Payment Settings' so you can run a report to see all children that have an automatic payment set up. - When sending an invoice you are now able to see the delivery status for each bill payer. See a snapshot of the status by hovering over the symbol on the invoice list or click on the status on the invoice itself to see a timeline. You will also be able to see opens/clicks just like messages.
