New Developments and Enhancements


Children

  1. Any events added to the child's events section will be displayed on the child's scheduling calendar.
  2. Safeguarding has been added as a cohort option on the child's profile.
  3. The children's documents/events section has been enhanced with the following features:
    • Up to 4 attachments can be uploaded at the same time per document/event.
    • A drag and drop/browsing feature has been added to help you upload documents quickly and effectively.
    • Uploaded documents can be viewed in a popup screen on the documents window, you no longer need to download the document to view it.
    • You can now download attachments that have been added to a document/event.
    • Uploaded documents/events can be downloaded from the Documents Report/Events Report. 


Email Templates - Enquiries and Registration Process

  1. We've added the functionality for you to edit email messages that are sent to parents for the enquires and registration process. You can find this option under Global Settings>Other Settings>Email Templates>Enquiries & Registration.

 


You can insert a selection of mail merge fields to personalise the body of the email for parents, and include your own attachments. You'll be given the option to send the email when an enquiry is followed up, a visit is booked, a visit is attended, the child is waitlisted, registration forms sent and received and when the child is enrolled.

 


Payments

  1. The 'Money Received' tick box is no longer displayed on Credit Notes, as it is never applicable.


Reports

  1. The Income Forecast Report has been enhanced to show values and percentages for the breakdown of income.
  2. The Sticky Label Report has been enhanced in the following ways: 
    • This report can be selected for staff or children, with children as the default.
    • When selecting All tags, this will include all children/staff, whether they have tags or not.
    • Tag selection is a multi-select field.
    • The font and size will be set to Comic Sans, bold, largest size for the label..

    • The photo size and QR Code size are set to be the largest possible size for the label.

    • A Show Photo option has been added

  3. The Child Progress Report has been enhanced to include the safeguarding cohort group as well as a multiple cohort filter and multiple room filter.
  4. A search facility has been added to the reports menu to help you find the report you require more quickly.
  5. The month selection field on the Children's Birthday Report has been updated to show the month names only.


Staff

  1. Any events added to the staff events section will be displayed on the individual staff member's scheduling calendar.
  2. The staff documents/events section has been enhanced with the following features:
    • Up to 4 attachments can be uploaded at the same time per document/event.
    • A drag and drop/browsing feature has been added to help you upload documents quickly and effectively.
    • Uploaded documents can be viewed in a popup screen on the documents window, you no longer need to download the document to view it.
    • You can now download attachments that have been added to a document/event.
    • Uploaded documents/events can be downloaded from the Documents Report/Events Report. 
  3. Staff scheduling has been enhanced with the option to remove scheduled hours when a holiday request is accepted. Confirmed hours cannot be deleted in this way and a warning message will be displayed.
  4. The system event "Maternity" has been renamed "Maternity/Paternity" and the option to remove scheduled hours has been added to this feature. Confirmed hours cannot be deleted in this way and a warning message will be displayed.


Bug Fixes


In addition to all the new features and improvements, a small number of miscellaneous bugs have been fixed. Any users who reported bugs have been informed individually by the support team.
