New Developments and Enhancements:


Children

  1. Enhancements to the search process on the children's menu to clearly display matching results.
  2. Enhancements to the child profile form to introduce additional security and improve notifications to managers when parent details are changed.


Dashboard

  1. Enhancements to the dashboard occupancy chart view to display occupancy on the hour.


Enquiries

  1. Enhancements to the enquiries process so children are automatically updated on eyLog when enrolled.


Invoices and Payments

  1. The introduction of weekly and termly invoices (for actual sessions only, not equally spread sessions).
  2. Enhancements to the view of previously generated invoices to remove invalid options.
  3. Enhancements to the equally spread monthly invoice process 
  4. Payments for multiple children are automatically directed to the manual allocation screen.


Occupancy Charts

  1. Enhancements to the Occupancy Average/FTE Charts to improve the colours.


Products/Services

  1. Changed the wording of the add to monthly invoice checkbox option to "Auto allocate once to all invoices when generated (excludes manual and zero-balance invoices)" for more clarity. 


Rooms

  1. Two new system rooms, Office and Training, have been added for staff training/qualifications functionality and marked as "Not used for children sessions".


Staff

  1. A profile download, similar to the child PDF download is now available on the staff menu - select the download arrow on the staff profile box to download a PDF copy of his/her profile.
  2. A staff profile form can now be sent to all or selected staff members in order for them to update their profile details. Select the envelope icon in the top right corner of the staff menu to send out the profile form. Completed staff profile forms appear in the documents section of the staff member's profile and you will receive a notification when a profile form is submitted, highlighting any changes made. Company admin access levels can determine who receives these notifications from Global Settings>Other Settings>System Notifications.
  3. Minor cosmetic enhancements to the staff profile view have been made for clarification.


Reports

  1. A new report, Performance Scorecard Report - Staff, has been added to give a summary view of key performance indicators for staff across each room and branch. This can be selected as a monthly or weekly summary and can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file. 

  2. For clarity, the performance scorecard reports have been labelled for child bookings and for staff.

  3. The monthly funding report CSV file has been reformatted to remove currency symbols and make manipulation in spreadsheets more manageable.

  4. The occupancy reports have been enhanced to display branches in alphabetical order and rooms in order of age for consistency across multiple branches.

  5. On the Children's Booking Pattern report, future starters are clearly indicated across a weeks, not just the week they commence.

  6. The Sticky Label report text is now printed in bold format.

  7. Enhancements to the Staff Wages Weekly % Report to give a further breakdown for activities. These activities and pay types can be assigned to the sub-category childcare, training or other for inclusion in the report.

  8. Enhancements to the Sage report, so that the invoices shown are for the selected invoice month in the case of monthly invoices and the invoice date for manual invoices. The month selection respects the invoice settings dates for strict calendar dates or weekly calendar dates.

  9. The expiry date has been removed from the allergies report PDF.

  10. The Children Without A Booking report date selection restrictions have been removed and the date selection period can be up to a year in length.

  11. The Child Movements Summary Report has been renamed to Enquiries and Child Movements Summary Report for clarity.

  12. On all register reports, you can now choose to print for all rooms at once, as well as each individual room. Selecting All rooms will give you a PDF download for each room individually and will not be displayed on screen. Only rooms that are used for children's sessions are included in the report.

  13. Major enhancements have been made to the weekly and weekday register reports to include the total child numbers, with an age band breakdown, as well as the number of staff required and scheduled. 

    • Additionally, you can produce a register for children only, staff only or children and staff. 
    • As per current functionality, if no format options are selected, all children/staff assigned to the selected room are displayed and the report is blank for you to complete. If you select eyMan In/Out times as the format, the scheduled times from eyMan are displayed and the PDF contains a blank line below each child/staff member for the actual in/out times to be written. If you select eyLog In/Out times as the format, the in/out times from the child/staff registry are displayed. Selecting session types displays the session name and time on the report.
    • The PDF has been enhanced to reduce the size of the headers and remove filter options.


Bug Fixes:


Children

  1. Resolved an issue where waitlisted children were incorrectly shown on the availability chart
  2. Resolved an issue where children were incorrectly shown in search results
  3. Resolved an issue with the booking pattern of extra/additional sessions.
  4. Resolved an issue where emergency contact details were not appearing on eyLog.


Invoices

  1. Resolved an issue where the invoice number was not displayed when generating a custom report.
  2. Resolved an issue with the funding allocation for un-invoiced sessions from the previous month.
  3. Resolved an issue where the invoice of a different company branch appeared on the main invoices page.
  4. Resolved an issue where a discount value of 0.00% was not correctly displayed on a manual invoice.
  5. Resolved an issue where the products/services description was not shown correctly on an invoice. 
  6. Resolved an issue where deleted payments on account were not deleted from an invoice.
  7. Resolved an issue where payments on account were allocated automatically when an invoice was regenerated. 


Reports

  1. Resolved an issue with column headings and unassigned rooms for the Performance Scorecard Report - Child Bookings
  2. Resolved an issue with incorrect values on the weekly occupancy report
  3. Resolved an issue with downloading the staff training/qualifications report as a CSV.


Staff

  1. Resolved an issue where updating the staff date of birth changed their start date
  2. Resolved an issue where the date of birth for any staff member born prior to 1970 was shown with the incorrect format.
  3. Resolved an issue with lines not visible on the staff scheduling screen when viewed on Internet Explorer
