Enhancements and New Development
- Updates to the user interface for the child profile form
- Un-invoiced sessions report improved to show start date for child and settling-in sessions (sessions prior to start date).
- The maximum session rate has increased to 99 999.99
- Enquiries enhancements – the lost enquiry reason field is now mandatory and the lost reason field has been added to the custom reports enquiries section.
- Enquiries enhancements - when a new enquiry comes through from a parent all managers and company admins at the setting will receive an email to notify them of the new enquiry.
- An email message facility to staff and parents have been enabled for all customers. Previously this was only available to customers that were not integrated with eyLog.
- The child enrolment process has been enhanced to display any errors during this process.
- Staff holiday enhancements:
- Staff holidays are correctly filtered by the current year on the dashboard.
- Bank holidays are shown as a single entry on the dashboard under staff holidays.
- Unconfirmed holidays are shown in red on the branch calendar to match the staff calendar.
- Unconfirmed holidays can be accepted/declined from the branch calendar.
- Maternity events are shown on the staff calendar if at least one date is entered in the event.
- The process of marking children active/inactive has been updated in accordance with the new inactive facility on the eyLog web interface, to facilitate the access of parents to their child’s learning journey, once they have left the setting. This is part of a suite of enhancements which includes the introduction of eyLog memories on the parent app.
- Users can now enter a payment mode when entering an opening balance.
Bug Fixes
- Remove invalid google search results for eyMan.
- Correct a bug whereby the “Send All Invoices” functionality sent the original invoice and not the regenerated invoice.
- The staff wages monthly report now shows the sickness dates for the selected month only, not previous months.
- Availability chart bugs have been corrected for the following issues: Incorrect room capacity displayed, child holiday not displayed on the availability chart, incorrect available spaces displayed.
- A browser related bug in the online registration form, specific to Internet Explorer, which did not allow parents to submit the registration forms, has been corrected.
- A bug in the staff import process from eyLog to eyMan whereby the staff URN was not correctly set, has been corrected.
- A bug where new children on eyMan were incorrectly marked as “Funded 2-year old” on eyLog has been corrected.
- A bug where duplicate child profiles could be created during the enrolment process has been corrected.
- A bug in the income forecast report, where deleted equally spread monthly invoices were included in the total, has been corrected.
- A bug where the user could extend invoiced sessions across future months has been corrected.
