An observation can be back dated in case a staff member is unable to complete it on the same day for any reason.
On the Observation screen, click on the time and date in the top right corner and a pop up calendar will appear. Scroll to the correct date and/ or time and click on ‘Set Date’ or 'Set Time'.
This will update the date/time at the top of the screen to the correct time of the observation instead of the current date/time.
