If a parent has not received their login details for their child’s Parent Portal there are a few checks that can be done to get them up and running:

 

> Get the parent to check the Junk folder in their email account to ensure that the original details have not been received here.

> If the parent is still unable to find their login information, they can reset their password from the Parent Portal login screen at any time. To do this they will need to click on ‘Forgot Password’ and enter their username which will be their email address. This will generate a new password which will then be sent to their email account.

> Alternatively you as the Manager can reset the parent's password at any time from the Manager Dashboard. See 'Resetting Parent Portal Login Details' to find out how.
